This full-time role reports to the Applications and BI Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement innovative solutions and deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Informatics or related field.
• Two or more years’ experience in an applications analysis and reporting-related position.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing software applications with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Maintain systems, resolve issues, and handle escalated service desk items.
• Enforce role-based access controls and HIPAA compliance.
• Document processes and translate requirements into application specs.
• Develop SQL queries to extract data and create insightful reports.
• Design and deploy dashboards for timely decision-making.
• Create technical documentation and user guides; train end-users.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure system availability and interoperability.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent issues when needed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current.
