Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of system support experience.
• Experience delivering robust, scalable system solutions to market.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to support business operations.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and IT project management methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate additional products/add-ons for functionality and implementation.
• Strong understanding of IT and business concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across groups to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure system platforms, including user setup, profiles, roles, fields, and data management transactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting of supporting applications.
• Gather business requirements and design IT solutions that meet established standards.
• Troubleshoot and analyze integration issues across systems and teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional and data issues and develop solutions/workarounds.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Implement and maintain system governance, security settings, and configuration documentation.
• Prioritize enhancement requests with stakeholders and support roadmap maintenance.
• Build and maintain productive business relationships and support solution delivery.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for operations and decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.
