Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited high school/GED required.
  • Four (4) years job related experience or 60 hours of college or a combination of the two.
  • Experience in a customer service environment a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert and team lead to provide guidance and training; develop policies and procedures; coordinate tasks; update training materials.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, forms, and serve as liaison to other departments and the public.
  • Research and analyze data to respond to inquiries, problems, issues, and discrepancies; compile and reconcile data and reports.
  • Verify accuracy of information and ensure compliance with county, state, and federal statutes; use computer systems for data input, retrieval, purchasing, and inventory.
  • Assist in employee related issues such as interviewing, timekeeping, payroll reconciliation, and training arrangements.
