Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business, CS, Mathematics, Engineering.
• Experience with CJIS or criminal justice information systems preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Weekend/night/on-call work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for TechShare Prosecutor software.
• Configure new user accounts, roles, views, forms and reports; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate software updates, plan regression testing, and rollout releases.
• Monitor CJIS compliance and handle electronic submissions and corrections.
• Coordinate training for District Attorney personnel and law enforcement.
• Stay informed on new legislation impacting TechShare and related systems.
