Job description

This range is provided by On-Demand Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $40.00/hr

6 month contract through 12/31/25 (probability to extend through 12/31/2026)

Onsite hybrid 2 days/week

This position is to support our client on their systems/applications (primarily lower/medium criticality cloud-based SAAS applications) that are used by many departments including Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR, and others.

Must have:

-ServiceNow (as a user)

-Commitment to onsite hybrid corporate culture including going between multiple Minneapolis locations within close proximity

-Demonstrated initiative, utility player with positive can-do attitude

Deliverables include:

-Troubleshoot 2nd level technical incidents and resolve those incidents in the ticketing system

-Participate in testing, deploying, and maintenance of various applications

-Create system documentation

-Collaborate with application vendors, business partners, and other IT staff to ensure continued operations

-Experience working with the ServiceNow platform

-Demonstrated technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

-Experience with M365 Suite -Inquisitive and resourceful to research and document technology support solutions

-Proven ability to management multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Preferred skills:

-Experience with meeting facilitation and Business Analysis

-Experience in Change Management and other ITSM processes

The projected hourly range for this position is $32/hr to $40/hr.
