Holman seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to deploy and upgrade application software, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. You will maintain system documentation and ensure availability, capacity, and performance of critical applications.

The role requires 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience and expertise in Windows, AD, IIS, and Linux. Candidate should have an Associate degree in Computer Science; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience supporting and designing IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with IIS and Linux systems in a dealership/enterprise setup.

Responsibilities

• Deploys new application software and performs upgrades.
• Troubleshoots, identifies, and resolves technical problems.
• Interfaces with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintains system documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitors and manages application availability, capacity, and performance.
