MillTech is seeking an Application Support Engineer in New York City. This in-office role requires 3 days per week on-site to support platform reliability and scale. You will own incident response, automate workflows, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to extend coverage into US hours.
As the first US technical hire, you will help build observability, runbooks, and proactive monitoring, enabling smooth operations across the MillTech platform and infrastructure.

As Application Support Engineer at MillTech you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, improvement and smooth operation of our platform and infrastructure. You will contribute through incident response, proactive monitoring, automation and close collaboration with engineering and business teams. As our first technical hire in the US, you’ll be the on-the-ground engineering presence in our New York office and extend our platform coverage into US working hours.
