The Role
As a Technology Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and availability of the firm's trading infrastructure while supporting day-to-day trading operations. You'll monitor production systems, investigate technical issues, and work closely with engineering, trading, and risk teams to ensure the platform operates efficiently.
Alongside operational responsibilities, you'll help develop tools and automation that improve deployment processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall system reliability.
Please note that this role requires participation in a rotating shift pattern covering both US and Asia trading hours.
