Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications in a US-based environment. The role emphasizes Oracle database handling and Unix/Linux operations, with ITIL processes driving incident and change management.

The candidate should be ready to work in a production support context, applying PL-SQL skills, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps/automation to ensure rapid incident resolution and stable system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Unix or Linux operating environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, change and problem management.
• Experience with PL-SQL and monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents in a timely manner according to ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and improvements.
