Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining support procedures and documentation.

• Monitors applications and responds to incidents.
• Performs routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, following defined procedures for routine, low-priority incident resolution.
• Escalates to second-level application or infrastructure support for new or high-priority incidents.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
