Responsibilities

• Flexible to work between 12pm to 9pm, Sunday to Friday.
• Fully responsible for delivery of key feeds within the agreed SLA.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day activities.
• Investigate issues raised and assist in production of incident reports.
• Interface between users and IT project.
• Adhere to documented procedural standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
• Provide professional support service to clients.
• Assist with streamlining support area procedures.
• Maintain knowledge base and share experience with the team.
• Take ownership of tasks/issues handled by the team.
