User Support & Training
  • Provide direct support to clinical and operational end users on the effective use of supported applications, including workflow guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and hands-on training.
  • Develop user-facing resources such as quick reference guides, tip sheets, and how-to documentation to support end-user self-sufficiency.
  • Partner with department leads to understand workflow needs and surface application gaps or opportunities to the ITS Leader.
Infrastructure & Project Support
  • Support facility-level infrastructure maintenance and technology initiatives as directed by the ITS Leader and in coordination with enterprise teams.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing activities relevant to supported applications.
  • Provide operational visibility to the ITS Leader by communicating recurring issues, workflow concerns, and application performance observations; perform other duties as assigned.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation for supported applications, including configuration records, support procedures, vendor contacts, and known issue logs.
  • Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the enterprise ITSM platform with sufficient detail to support trend analysis, audit requirements, and knowledge reuse.
