Job summary

Meadowview Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and administration for clinical and business applications. You will maintain application availability, assist end users, and coordinate with vendors and ITS teams to keep systems reliable and aligned with workflows.

Responsibilities include incident management, configuration, change control, testing, training, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/Health Information Management or 4+ years of related experience.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for clinical and business applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting end users and data integrity.
• Coordinate software updates, patches, and version upgrades.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM platform.
• Train end users and develop quick reference guides.
