ENT Specialty Partners (ESP), an otolaryngology medical management company, is seeking a talented and experienced Application Support Administrator to provide technical leadership in the support of our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Reporting to the Director of Application Support, this full-time, hybrid remote position is based in Dallas, TX.
ESP was formed to ensure that otolaryngologists have access to unrivaled strategic, financial, and operational support. Position Overview:
The Application Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in support, implementation, and consolidation of EMR and patient interaction portal systems across the organization. The position requires deep EMR application support knowledge, especially eClinicalWorks, and a strong understanding of clinical and revenue cycle workflows to ensure that application configuration details facilitate efficient operations throughout the organization.
In addition to the support of the EMR systems, as an Application Support Administrator, this person will play a lead role in the development of support standards and documentation followed by application support personnel, establishing a culture of ownership and adherence to industry best practices within the team.
