Job summary

HNTB is seeking a skilled IT Applications Specialist to provide tier 2 support, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications. You will design customizations, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business needs and manage third-party connections.

The role may involve leading debugging efforts and coordinating with vendor support to resolve defects. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience plus several years of relevant work, with strong documentation

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

Provides tier 2 support and maintenance of applications
Configures, maintains, and upgrades applications
Designs and maintains customizations including reports, dashboards, and workflows
Maintains third-party software connections and integrations
Leads during debugging of system integration and vendor escalation
Documents policies, procedures, and troubleshooting methods
Keeps knowledge of application functionality up to date
Performs other duties as assigned
