What You’ll Do
- Provides tier 2 support and maintenance of applications to meet daily operational needs. May act as escalation point if needed.
- Configures, maintains, and upgrades applications to meet daily operational needs and supports strategic IT projects.
- Designs, implements, and maintains customizations of applications to meet evolving business needs including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Designs, implements, and maintains third-party software connections and applications to support various business needs.
- May act as the lead during debugging system integration and functionality issues including engagement with vendor support for defect resolution.
- Develops, documents, and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of application functionality, customization, and integration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education, 8 years of relevant experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Proficient in supporting enterprise applications. May primarily work as a subject matter expert within specialized area(s).
- Resolves complex issues that may require an extended amount of time to complete.
- Applies knowledge to the design and implementation of applications.
- Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues.
- Takes a proactive approach to work and acts strategically.
- Able to author and maintain documentation of applications and troubleshooting techniques.
