Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Application Integration Engineer in Orlando, FL with 5+ years in a technical product or software support role. You will travel to customer sites to integrate, deploy, and test software solutions, manage messaging flows, and perform API testing to validate endpoints and authentication.

You will collaborate with engineering to diagnose and resolve product issues, support go-live operations, and create detailed bug reports for reproduction on internal tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or STEM preferred.
• 5+ years in technical product or software support role with API testing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work off-hours/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth technical knowledge of proprietary software and robotic automation products.
• Travel onsite to customer locations to integrate, deploy, and test software solutions; manage software messaging flows and log analysis.
• Perform API testing to validate endpoints, request/response structures, message formatting, and authentication.
• Support go-live operations by troubleshooting issues via onsite evaluations and log analysis.
• Produce detailed bug reports to enable engineers to reproduce issues in internal test systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding software usage, performance, and administration before and after deployment.
• Document customer implementations and design deployment strategies based on client needs.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs in the UAT environment and QA during downtime.
