Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing business-critical SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or customer service technology environments.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, OAuth, or related technologies.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex production issues and coordinating vendor escalations.
• Experience with contact center, CRM, ticketing, help desk, or customer engagement platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Five9, Twilio, Intercom, or similar technologies.
• Ability to read, modify, or support automation and integration services developed in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business leaders, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, Master's degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health, stability, and performance of customer service technology platforms, including contact center, ticketing, messaging, and integrated communication systems.
• Manage production incidents from initial triage through resolution, including root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and operational documentation updates.
• Administer and maintain customer service workflows, routing configurations, integrations, and automation processes across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Design, build, and support integrations between customer service applications, internal systems, and third-party vendors using APIs and automation tools.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customer service leadership, helping evaluate new technology requests, operational improvements, and platform enhancements.
• Partner closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technology teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver successful business outcomes.
