Job summary

Everforth Apex in Irving, TX is seeking an Application Implementation Analyst to organize and drive application initiatives, including Microsoft Power Platform solutions, across business stakeholders, developers, testers and project leads.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, coordinate UAT, develop training materials, and manage implementation plans while maintaining clear status tracking and open questions for leadership input.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, business analysis, application delivery, change coordination, process improvement, or technology initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to translate technical info into clear business language.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and collaborate with technologists to develop capabilities.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and define testing scope and scenarios.
• Create procedures, processes and training materials to support seamless execution.
• Manage implementation plans and communicate with stakeholders on progress and decisions.
• Maintain visibility into work in progress, dependencies, decisions and action items.
