Chart Industries in Windsor, CT is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to oversee day-to-day operations for ETO orders and quotes, supporting sales representatives and customers. The role emphasizes developing vacuum product expertise, leading a team, and driving process improvements with a strong focus on timely quotes and accurate orders.

You will prepare quotations, manage performance, ensure safety standards, and collaborate across internal and external partners to meet customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales/process engineering role.
• Ability to gain and maintain product knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external teams.
• Experience leading and mentoring a professional team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask and prioritize high-volume work.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and mechanical aptitude.

• Manage day-to-day operations including timely delivery of ETO orders and quotes.
• Provide ETO technical support to channel partners and customers.
• Drive team development, process improvements and KPI achievement.
• Develop vacuum expertise personally and within the AE department.
• Prepare ETO quotations and enter vacuum orders.
• Develop standard work to reduce vacuum order complexity.
• Reduce time to quote by 50% and cross-train the team on ETO products.
• Ensure standard work is followed and maintain safety compliance.
• Manage performance evaluations, team development and succession planning.
• Observe all safety standards and company policies.
