Job summary

Bet Power designs and builds transformers, switchgear, and switchboard solutions to power critical applications. This role owns the technical path from RFQ to delivered equipment, and builds the systems to scale a fast-moving start-up.

You’ll lead technical meetings, translate requirements into manufacturing-ready documentation, and guard the integrity of factory drawings and SOPs to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IEEE, ANSI, UL 891, UL 67, and NEMA standards.
• Ability to understand single-line diagrams, site layout drawings, and product drawings.
• Experience with domestic and overseas manufacturing processes and the communication rhythm that requires.
• Familiarity with data center, utility, and industrial project specs.

Responsibilities

• Support quoting complex transformer, switchgear, and switchboard packages from customer specs, drawings, and one-lines.
• Lead technical meetings with customers to confirm requirements before project is released into manufacturing.
• Translate customer requirements into clear documentation for our manufacturing teams.
• Manage, review, and approve factory drawings of equipment before production is initiated.
• Build the SOPs, spec libraries, and checklists that make the engineering vertical repeatable.
