The role bridges customer needs with engineering and manufacturing, shaping solutions from concept through installation and commissioning for large multi-phase projects in the utility-scale segment.
You will perform short-circuit/coordination/arc-flash studies, collaborate with sales on topologies, and support interconnection applications while guiding engineering and manufacturing teams
Our client is a growing manufacturer and integrator in the critical power and data center market, with our own generator packaging line and a full data center electrical product portfolio (PDUs, UPS, static transfer switches, custom LV/MV switchgear, transfer switches, tap boxes, BESS, batteries, and transformers). We're expanding manufacturing capacity and headcount to keep pace with utility-scale and hyperscale data center demand, particularly across Texas.
This role is a bridge position, not core equipment design. You'll sit between customer needs, utility/interconnection requirements, and our internal engineering and manufacturing teams, shaping customer-specific solutions from early concept through installation, commissioning and the ongoing life of large, multi-phase projects.
This is a senior, high-visibility hire at a financially stable, growth-stage company in one of the hottest segments of the market, with real scope to shape the role as the division scales.
We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
