• Application Service Engineering: interfacing Reticle inspection Die to Database software development team to diagnose products.
• Provide liaison between customer and applications programmer; handle customer requests for changes in applications.
• Deliver customer technical training and create training materials and notes.
• Develop technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Assist sales in defining specifications and guiding purchase decisions.
• Collaborate with field service engineers to provide on-site support and product installation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and knowledge sharing.
