  • Focus: Customer-facing technical role across pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining a strong interface between sales, engineering, and end-users.

Role Purpose
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Support the full product lifecycle—from technical demonstrations and configuration to installation, optimization, and customer success.
  • Promote the integration of optical metrology with automated and precision manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Produce comprehensive documentation, reports, and best-practice guides.
  • Work closely with R&D, product management, and engineering on solution development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in applications engineering, metrology, or precision optics.
  • Strong hands‑on familiarity with optical metrology systems, automation, and data-driven analysis.
  • Proven understanding of precision manufacturing and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic/international).
