Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
- 5+ years in application engineering or related customer-facing roles.
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define requirements.
- Support product integration and assist during deployment.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Assist in developing proposals, docs, and customer presentations.
- Work with engineering, operations, and business development.
- Serve as a technical resource in meetings and site visits.
- Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive support.
- Travel to customer locations to support projects and reviews.
