Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of engineering work experience (sales experience a plus).
• Strong technical knowledge of products, applications, and market trends.
• Proactive, creative, results-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels and cultures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support customer applications using engineering expertise.
• Assess requirements with customers and engineers; recommend products and specs backed by data.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Troubleshoot and help solve customer problems.
• Support accounts with sales teams and coordinate deliveries to secure orders.
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to R&D of new products and services.
• Handle additional projects and occasional overnight travel with teams.
