You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to deployment and refinement, ensuring reliable, scalable software systems and leading initiatives to automate and improve processes.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to champion value delivery and foster growth for the team and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Western & Southern Agency Product Development team through all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Architect and review system design, integration of software frameworks, capacity planning, and deployment strategies.
• Monitor availability, latency, and system health to ensure reliability and performance.
• Champion automation to reduce work and improve velocity, quality, and stability.
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and collaboration with business owners to deliver value at the right pace.
