Senior Lead Product Manager – Agentic Automation

Job summary

Wells Fargo seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own agentic automation strategy for Home Lending. Lead cross-functional teams to design autonomous task execution, human-in-the-loop decisions, and risk-aware workflows ensuring regulatory adherence and auditability.

You will translate business processes into agent-driven operating models, establish guardrails, and drive adoption across frontline teams while measuring impact on throughput and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing or managing systems that include autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, workflow orchestration across multiple systems, human-in-the-loop decisioning, exception handling, and learning feedback loops
• Product management experience within the last 12 months delivering AI-driven or agent-based automation in complex, regulated, or high-volume environments
• Ability to decompose end-to-end business processes into agent, tool, and human responsibilities
• Experience with agentic frameworks, intelligent workflow platforms, or advanced automation beyond basic rules-based RPA
• Background in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital operations modernization
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or regulatory controls in financial services
• Experience launching reusable agent platforms or capabilities
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project planning and experience leading cross-functional teams through significant change
• Experience building relationships across lines of business and influencing partners
• Experience leading and managing transformation efforts and large, complex initiatives within a matrixed environment
• Experience in banking and financial sectors, particularly Home Lending, Credit, and/or Risk Management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Compliance with mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo compliance policies
• Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening and required reporting
