Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented application developer to build and maintain customer interfacing applications and core internal integrations. You will work in self-organized teams to ensure software meets customer expectations and contributes to a diverse product portfolio for SWBC partners and employees.

As part of this role you will maintain systems, automate processes, and develop tools to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional software development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OOP principles and modern development practices; apply SOLID and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing systems and fixes defects.
• Automates processes to improve efficiency.
• Builds tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Participates in self-organizing teams toward a common goal.
• Responds to issues and partners with Systems Assurance for monitoring improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
