Job summary

SWBC is seeking a skilled application developer to build and maintain customer-facing applications and internal integrations. You will work in self-organized teams to deliver software that meets customer expectations and supports a diverse product portfolio for SWBC partners and employees.

• Minimum three years of professional software development experience.
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge for scalable, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing systems and fixes defects.
• Automates processes to improve efficiency.
• Builds tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Participates in self-organizing teams toward a common goal.
• Responds to issues and partners with Systems Assurance to improve monitoring.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
