Responsibilities

We are looking for an Application Analyst HR/Payroll to join our team. This position has remote work opportunities available!

• Analyze critical payroll issues, research and implement resolutions.
• Analyze critical HR issues, research resolutions, and help implement them.
• Design and write custom payroll and HR reports.
• Work closely with the user base implementing changes to software in reaction to changing business requirements.
• Aid in all payroll year-end, quarter-end, and month-end routines.
• Functional support for KRONOS WFC / UKG Dimensions installation for all current users.
• Document system changes and aid in creating end-user documentation.
• Aid in the implementation of new programs and systems as required.

Qualifications

• B.S Computer Science.
• 5+ years experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly the Oracle HR/Payroll modules.
• 5+ years experience with Kronos / Dimensions timekeeping applications.
• 2+ years experience with Kronos / Dimensions application security administration.
• 5+ years experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of Oracle programming technologies including SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
