Responsibilities

This position has remote work opportunities available!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Analyze critical payroll issues, research and implement resolutions.
2. Analyze critical HR issues, research resolutions, and help implement resolutions.
3. Design and write custom payroll and HR reports.
4. Work closely with user base implementing changes to software in reaction to changing business requirements.
5. Aid in all payroll year-end, quarter-end, and month-end routines.
6. Functional Support for KRONOS WFC / UKG Dimensions installation for all current users.
7. Document system changes and aid in creating end user documentation.
8. Aid in the implementation of new programs and systems as required.

Qualifications

1. B.S in Computer Science is required.
2. 5+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly the Oracle HR/Payroll modules.
3. 5+ years of experience with Kronos / Dimensions timekeeping applications.
4. 2+ years of experience with Kronos / Dimensions application security administration.
5. 5+ years of experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
6. Knowledge of Oracle programming technologies including SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
