Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Information Services is seeking an Application Analyst to support and maintain assigned services and systems within the NMHC distributed IS environment. You will monitor, analyze, upgrade plans, and resolve production issues while upholding SLAs and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a team to ensure reliable, scalable software functionality and integration of end-user requests.

Qualifications

Required: 2-5 years of experience in the core discipline.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain assigned services and systems.
Work with the team to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades.
Monitor the production issue queue and resolve issues while maintaining our Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Execute project tasks as assigned.
Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development methodologies, and delivery practices.
Contribute to ongoing processes to integrate end-user requests with software functionality.
Analyze and provide recommendations related to application build and functionality to ensure reliability for current and future use.
Demonstrate diagnostic skills to assist with problem determination and solutions across the NMHC distributed system IS environment.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Contribute to the maintenance of application and technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
