The Application Analyst is responsible for the development, deployment, support, product design, and testing cycles of the Maestro Care (Epic) Inpatient Electronic Health Record (EHR). This includes planning, performing, managing, and supporting application users within Duke. Supported modules include Clinical Documentation, Orders, Emergency, Obstetrics, and Home Care and Hospice.
The analyst will collaborate with Epic and other Maestro Care staff on deployment, workflow interpretation, application build, testing, and support. They will also provide training and act as an expert for the Maestro Care Inpatient EHR, ensuring updates and bug fixes meet Duke's needs, and managing user access and changes.
This is a fully remote position with a 24-hour on-call rotation. Hours are 8 am-5 pm, varying with the schedule.
Epic certification/proficiency in supported modules may be required based on the manager's assessment.
