The candidate should have 5+ years in a related admin role, experience with mission-critical enterprise tools, AWS familiarity, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, especially engineering tools.
• Proficiency administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Good working knowledge of core AWS services and deploying applications in AWS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application software across Windows and Linux servers.

What's the Job?

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application software across Windows and Linux server environments.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex production problems in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), application maps, and configuration guides.
• Manage user access, security permissions, and application-specific settings.
• Participate in discussions related to hardware/storage cluster changes and coordinate updates with stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or in a related technical role.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, especially engineering tools.
• Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux Servers.
• Good working knowledge of core AWS services and deploying applications in AWS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
