Best Buy in Omaha is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department. You’ll engage customers to learn needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make trusted recommendations for kitchen and laundry appliances.

You’ll complete transactions, help customers stay informed through continuous learning, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and contribute to department merchandising and team training while developing CRM and premium product experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to learn and explain product specifications and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
