Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by seeking out customers to understand needs and communicate benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, scheduling installer visits and tracking orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and collaborate with vendors to restock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and internal communications.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
