Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors in your department, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-ups.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores to maintain stock.
• Perform price reviews and ensure pricing documentation.
• Support checkout and store communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
