Appliance Technician

Job Description:

As an Appliance Technician, you'll help with the diagnosis and repair of appliances such as refrigerators, icemakers, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, washers & dryers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of appliances to ensure top product performance.
2. Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs.
3. Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
4. Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
5. Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle, and diagnostic tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clean Driving Record.
• Refrigeration, sealed systems experience preferred.
• Familiar with brands such as: GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, Kenmore, LG, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Amana, and Sub-Zero.
