Job Description

As an Appliance Technician, you'll help with the diagnosis and repair of appliances such as refrigerators, icemakers, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, cook tops, washers & dryers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of appliances to ensure top product performance.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs.
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
• Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle, and diagnostic tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean Driving Record.
• Refrigeration, sealed systems experience preferred.
• Familiar with brands such as GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, Kenmore, LG, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Amana & Sub-Zero.
