This role combines hands‑on repair expertise with engaging training, coaching, and curriculum development for Samsung’s service network.

You will deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training on refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens; create resources; evaluate technicians; and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of appliance repair experience is required.
• Teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to train large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to develop structured training plans and make complex technical topics easy to understand.
• Flexibility to travel and work in classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training for Samsung’s Authorized Service Network technicians.
• Train technicians on household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Create and update training materials, technical guides, presentations, and instructional resources.
• Evaluate technician performance, provide constructive feedback, and coach trainees to improve their skills.
• Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and training content.
• Stay current on appliance repair techniques, troubleshooting methods, tools, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with technical experts and internal teams to deliver effective training programs.
