Job summary

Warners' Stellian Appliance Co. Inc. in Minnesota seeks an Appliance Specialist to drive sales and deliver outstanding service in our Rochester stores.

You will understand customer needs, present tailored appliance solutions, and guide them through the purchase with confidence. You’ll manage quotes, orders, and delivery coordination, building lasting client relationships and contributing to a high-energy, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge of appliances.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Willing to work every other weekend and some travel for training.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess needs and propose tailored appliance solutions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and confidently address questions.
• Manage full sales process: quoting, orders, delivery coordination and follow-up.
• Build lasting client relationships.
