Warners' Stellian is seeking an Appliance Specialist who is motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right solution at our busy Minneapolis stores.

You will connect with customers, deliver compelling sales presentations, handle quoting, orders, delivery coordination, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience while building lasting relationships. Weekend availability and travel for training are required.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping customers find their perfect solution.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Strong computer skills.
• Weekend availability: every other weekend (Sat 9am–5pm; Sun 12pm–5pm).
• Overnight travel availability for training.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions using product knowledge.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, address questions, and close sales.
• Manage the full sales process—from quoting and order entry to delivery coordination and proactive follow-up.
