Warners' Stellian Co Inc in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Appliance Specialist to join our busy stores. Earn $100K+ annually (base + commission) with a set schedule and growth opportunities.

You will connect with customers, present solutions, and manage the full sales process from quote to delivery, with travel for training as needed. We offer ongoing training, clear career paths, a supportive team culture, appliance discounts, health/dental/vision and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong computer skills; able to use store systems and basic software.
• Weekend availability is required; every other weekend, Sat 9am–5pm and Sun 12pm–5pm.
• Goal-oriented mindset with drive to exceed targets.
• Customer-focused approach to helping clients find the right product.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to understand needs and recommend tailored solutions using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales presentations, address questions confidently, and close sales.
• Manage the full sales process from quoting and order entry to delivery coordination and follow-up.
