BREAKAWAY RETAIL ENTERPRISES in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking an Appliance Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive full-cycle sales. You will assist customers, educate on features, manage transactions, and maintain an organized showroom.

The role requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to hit sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is expected with full-time hours.

Duties of the Appliance Sales Specialist:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting Appliance products that best meet their needs
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

Qualifications:
