East Coast Appliance, locally owned and operated since 1988, seeks a Sales Associate at our Broad Street location in Virginia Beach to assist customers in selecting the right appliances and build lasting relationships through attentive listening and communication. You will maintain a clean, organized showroom and continuously expand product knowledge through training.

Formación

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right appliances to meet their needs

Compensation

• Typical earnings: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance, skills, and abilities)

Schedule

• Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule required

Position Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug test
• Basic understanding of sales principles
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record preferred (appliances or big-ticket items a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally without assistance
