Job summary

East Coast Appliances Sales Service and Parts INC is seeking an Appliance Sales Associate at our Norfolk store. You will help customers select appliances, listen to their needs, and build lasting relationships while maintaining an organized showroom and staying current on product knowledge.

We value excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities to grow with our Virginia-based team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug test.
• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Previous sales experience preferred; appliances or big-ticket items a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

• Typical earnings: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance, skills, and abilities)

Schedule

• Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule required
