Job summary

You'll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, providing helpful service, estimates, and scheduling installations when needed. A dynamic, customer-driven role in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and demonstrating Lowe's products.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department and process orders.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to order stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Train associates and coach on development needs.
