Warners' Stellian is seeking a Showroom Operations Manager in the Kansas City area to support the Store Manager with administrative schedules, greet customers, and assist with customer service inquiries. You will also complete sales orders, input orders into the system, and handle financing and payments.

Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication, and able to work in a cross-functional team.

Warners' Stellian is a family-owned appliance retailer based in St. Paul, MN, and we're currently celebrating our 70 th anniversary! With 13 retail locations offering 60 brands of home appliances, we are the Midwest's appliance specialist.

As a Showroom Operations Manager, you will:

• Assist the Store Manager with administrative schedules
• Greet all customers and ensure they are being helped in a timely manner
• Assist guests with customer service questions and issues
• Complete sales orders, including enter the order into the computer system
• Bill customer financing and collect payment for orders

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• The ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team
• A positive attitude and helpful demeanor
• General PC proficiency and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
