Bitter Neumann is looking for a motivated, results-driven Appliance Sales Specialist to join our Sheboygan team. This position is for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals and wants the opportunity to build a successful career in sales.

Appliance experience is helpful but not required; we can teach you products. From $50,000 total compensation, including hourly pay and commission, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs, priorities and budget.
• Guide customers through appliance selections from replacements to full packages.
• Present accessories, protection plans, financing options and additional products.
• Ask for the sale and handle questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with quotes and opportunities to secure purchases.
• Learn appliance brands, features and promotions and work toward sales goals.
• Collaborate with delivery, service and other departments for a great customer experience.
• Review results and seek opportunities to improve performance.
